University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Care Group Manager to lead Clinical Support Services, which includes Therapies, Pharmacy, Dietetics, SLT, Audiology, Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational delivery of all services in your care group to ensure safe care and effective use of all resources.
• Operational management responsibility for a wide group of internal and external stakeholders including specialty lead clinicians, matrons, operational managers within the care group - and across the Trust.
• You will demonstrate your ability to manage a range of challenges from project delivery to policy and finance to working across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, keeping the patient at the heart of all that we do.
• Lead on service and Trust wide transformation projects and support the strategic development of services to ensure alignment to our Trust values.
