Job summary

• Experience working with senior Consultants and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing policies and business cases.
• Experience of budgeting and financial monitoring in the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across the Care Group.
• Support service improvements and governance activities.
• Manage day-to-day service operations and resources.
• Collaborate with clinicians, Matrons, Clinical Directors, Finance, HR, and Performance teams.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans.
• Lead and support projects and service improvements.
