Job summary

Riverside Group in Middleton is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team at Keswick Gardens. This full-time, permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £31,302.62 per annum.

You will lead a care team, coordinate shifts and ensure person-centred support for residents. We require experience in a CQC registered supported living or extra care service, strong IT skills, and the ability to review outcomes and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a CQC registered supported living or extra care service.
• Experience leading a team and prioritising tasks to achieve positive results.
• Competent IT skills and ability to produce reports and communications.
• Experience reviewing outcomes and driving service improvements in a CQC setting.
• Experience producing statutory submissions and other communications and analysing data.

Responsibilities

• Lead a care team and supervise daily running of the service, including rostering, medication administration and financial administration.
• Hold regular one‑to‑one meetings, supervise performance and conduct team meetings to share best practice.
• Support customers with person‑centred care plans and monitor welfare needs, liaising with relevant agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, safeguarding, dignity at work, GDPR and other regulatory obligations.
• Produce reports and documentation to support contract delivery and service improvements.
