Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Care Coordinator at Keswick Gardens, Middleton. This permanent, full-time role involves leading a care team to deliver person-centred support in a CQC-registered setting and ensuring positive outcomes for residents.

You'll plan rosters, monitor service delivery, manage medications and reporting, and work flexibly across shifts. The role offers 37.5 hours weekly, competitive pay and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a CQC registered supported living or extra care service.
• Experience of leading a team and planning/prioritising tasks.
• Ability to review, monitor and evaluate outcomes in a CQC registered service.
• Competent IT skills and reporting capabilities.
• Experience producing reports and analysing data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver person-centred care and a safe service.
• Oversee service delivery to meet CQC and contractual requirements.
• Plan staff rosters and manage medication procedures and financial admin.
• Produce reports and communications to support contract delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory obligations.
