Job summary

Riverside in Camden is seeking a Care Coordinator to lead a team providing person-centred support in a CQC-registered setting. The role focuses on independence, community wellbeing and outstanding service delivery at Esther Randall Court.

The position requires experience in supported living or extra care, strong leadership, and the ability to monitor outcomes and produce insightful reports for service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CQC registered supported living or extra care service.
• Ability to lead a team and manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to review and evaluate outcomes in service delivery.
• Experience producing reports and analysing data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a care team and ensure safe, effective service delivery.
• Manage staff rosters, medication procedures, and admin tasks.
• Hold regular 1-1s and six-month performance reviews.
• Monitor contracts, budgets and KPI performance.
• Develop personalised care plans with partners and stakeholders.
