Job summary

Riverside Group is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our Camden service. The role focuses on leading a care team, delivering person-centred support, and ensuring safety and compliance under CQC requirements.

The position requires frontline leadership, strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding resident outcomes. You will manage rosters, medication procedures, budgets and reporting, while promoting a positive, inclusive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CQC registered supported living or extra care service.
• Experience leading a team and scheduling in challenging environments.
• Competent IT skills for system use and reporting.
• Experience producing reports, statutory submissions and analysing data.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver person-centred care and manage daily operations.
• Supervise the service to meet CQC and contractual requirements and manage budgets.
• Assure safe medication procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Produce reports and documentation to support contract delivery and improvement.
