Job summary

Olive Recruit is seeking a confident and experienced Care Coordinator to support the development of services across the Oldham area. The role combines care delivery oversight, rota management, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards.

This position has flexible hours (full-time or part-time) and involves onboarding staff, signing off compliance docs, and assisting with mobilisation of new care packages within a growing Supported Living provision.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supported Living services and compliance with CQC standards.
• Hands-on care background.
• Experience onboarding staff and mobilising new care packages.
• Ability to manage and audit staff files and conduct rota planning.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing care staff across domiciliary and Supported Living services.
• Managing and coordinating staff rotas efficiently.
• Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and inspection readiness.
