Olive Recruit is seeking a Care Assistant to join a community care team delivering home-based support in Oldham and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care to adults in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

The role involves assisting with personal care, meals, appointments, medication assistance, and household tasks, while following personalised care plans and safeguarding procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year experience in a care role.
• Experience in domiciliary or community care desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good spoken and written English.

Aufgaben

• Provide person-centred care in clients' homes.
• Support with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Assist with meals, appointments, and community access.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Follow care plans and risk assessments.
• Support with medication where trained.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
