Job summary

Active Care Group in Albrighton is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our office-based team. You’ll manage weekly care coordination, handle high-volume calls, and support clients in their homes with a calm, organized approach.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with on-call duty rotation. You’ll join a supportive team and access training and benefits as part of our friendly care group in the Albrighton area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Care Coordinator (essential).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule care weekly for clients in their homes.
• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls to clients and care workers.
• React quickly to changes, emergencies, and staffing challenges.
