Ideal candidates have senior experience in a domiciliary setting, strong organisational skills, and a driver’s license. The role includes DBS checks, ongoing training, and progression opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Two years' senior experience in a domiciliary care agency.
• Motivated to deliver first-class care.
• Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems.
• Knowledge of CQC/CIW compliance is essential.
• Experience in care assessments and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of high-quality care services.
• Match Care Workers to Clients based on level and type of care and proximity.
• Maintain efficient rota schedules and care planning.
