Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Care Coordinator to manage the delivery of high quality care services. You will match Care Workers to Clients based on care level and proximity where possible, and ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery.

Ideally you will have two years' experience as a senior in a domiciliary care agency, with strong knowledge of scheduling/rota systems and a solid grasp of care compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a senior role for a domiciliary care agency (ideally).
• Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential.
• Ideally experience conducting care assessments and care reviews, and motivating staff.
• Organised, methodical with a keen eye for detail.
• NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualification (not essential).
• Driver with access to a vehicle.
