Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Care Coordinator to join its team. You will manage the delivery of high quality care, ensuring Care Workers are matched to Clients by care level, type and proximity where possible.

The role requires experience in domiciliary care, knowledge of scheduling and compliance with CQC/CI/CIW standards, plus the ability to motivate staff and maintain detailed records. A driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years experience as a senior in a domiciliary care setting.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and rota management.
• Familiar with CQC/CI/CIW compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage delivery of high quality care services.
• Match Care Workers to Clients based on care needs and location.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure timely, efficient care delivery.
• Promote dignity, respect and independence for service users.
