Qualifications

• Ideally two years experience as a senior for a domiciliary care agency.
• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments and reviews; motivate staff.
• Organised, methodical and detail-oriented.
• NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualification (not essential).
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.
