Qualifications

• Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems is essential.
• Familiarity with CQC/CI/CIW compliance requirements.
• Experience in conducting care assessments and care reviews is preferred.

• Effectively manage delivery of high-quality care services.
• Match Care Workers to Clients based on level and type of care, proximity where possible.
• Ensure compliance and support driving quality and safety in service delivery.
