Job summary

Cera Care in Worthing is looking for a Care Coordinator to join our caring team on a permanent basis. The role is 30 hours per week, Monday and Friday 09:00-17:00, with flexibility for additional days to be discussed.

The salary is £22,280 per year, with opportunities for training and development. You will coordinate care staff schedules, build strong relationships with clients and families, monitor care provision, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in care coordination or scheduling.
• Knowledge of domiciliary care regulations.
• Proficiency with care management systems and Google.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage care staff schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and care professionals.
• Monitor care provision and respond to changes in client needs.
• Support the supervision of care staff.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with on-call duties as required.
• Work with management to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
