• Understanding of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Job Title: Care Coordinator at Cera Care Ltd

We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will manage the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring Care Workers are matched to Clients based on their needs and proximity where possible.

Requirements:

• Ideally two years of experience as a senior in a Domiciliary Care Agency
• Motivated to deliver first-class care
• Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems
• Understanding of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential
• Experience in conducting care assessments and reviews, and motivating care staff (preferred)
• Organised, methodical, with keen attention to detail
• NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Registered with the SSSC (Scottish branches)
