Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Coordinator for Whitley Court in the UK. The role focuses on organising and connecting carers with clients, coordinating schedules, and supporting care package setups. A strong, organised, people‑focused approach is essential, with the ability to work in a busy environment.

Requirements include a full UK driving licence, at least 12 months remaining right to work in the UK, and a minimum of 1 year administrative experience. Care experience is desirable but not required.

  • Record staff availability, absences and emergency calls.
  • Participate in the on-call rota when required.
  • Willingness to cover the on-call phone (additional pay provided).

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is organised, people-focused and enjoys keeping things running smoothly, as well as:

  • Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
