Agincare is seeking a Care Coordinator at our Andover branch to organise care services, match carers with clients, and plan rotas to ensure continuity of care. You will engage with families and health professionals to deliver personalised schedules and coordinate new care packages.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, thrive in a busy environment, hold a full UK driving licence, and have at least 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK.
