Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Coordinator in Bridport to help match carers with clients and organise care schedules. You will support the setup of new care packages and keep rotas running smoothly to ensure continuity of care. Excellent communication with families and healthcare professionals is essential.

We offer £26,000–£28,000 per year, mileage allowance, a pension, and funded training up to QCF Level 5. On-demand pay and refer-a-friend bonuses are also available.
