Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Coordinator at our Andover branch. If you enjoy organising, problem-solving and connecting carers with clients, this role fits you.

We offer a salary of £26,500 - £28,000 per year, mileage allowance, fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension, and on-demand pay. You will coordinate services, match carers, plan rotas, and liaise with families.

Qualifications

• Organised, people-focused with ability to keep operations running smoothly.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care services and client schedules.

• Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care.

• Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is organised, people-focused and enjoys keeping things running smoothly, as well as:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
