Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Care Coordinator for our New Milton branch. You will organise client schedules and match carers to meet individual needs, ensuring smooth operation of care packages.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with at least 1 year in care or NVQ2 in Health & Social Care, plus a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Right to work in the UK for the next year or more is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in care or minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Minimum of 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care services and client schedules.
• Match carers with clients to meet individual needs.
• Support the setup of new care packages.
• Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.
• Participate in the on-call rota when required.
• Willingness to cover the on-call phone (additional pay provided).

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is organised, people-focused and enjoys keeping things running smoothly, as well as:
