Alina Homecare in Epping is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to manage rotas, assess clients, and liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will support carers, ensure care plan compliance, and maintain records. A full UK driving licence and experience in domiciliary care are essential.
