Job summary

Alina Homecare in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a Care Coordinator to join the team, working with the Manager to deliver high-quality domiciliary care and develop your skills.

You will create rotas, assess clients, support staff and ensure plans are followed, with opportunities for career progression and local community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domiciliary care.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff rotas and schedules.
• Match carers to clients based on skills and compatibility.
• Conduct initial client assessments and reviews.
• Handle enquiries from clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Support care staff with day-to-day queries.
• Ensure compliance with care plans and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in care management systems.
• Cover care calls in emergencies when required.
• Participate in on-call rota.
