Job summary

Agincare Group in Medway is seeking a Home Carer to support clients at home, helping with daily routines, meals, personal care, and companionship. You will be a kind, patient presence, capable of building trust and supporting independence in clients within their own homes.

No formal care qualifications are required, and training will be provided. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, with mileage paid as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
• You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.
• You’ll need a minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
