Sunderland Care and Support is seeking two Care Co-ordinators (Level 1) to join our Day Service, delivering person-centred care to adults with complex physical needs and behaviour that challenges services.

The role offers a comprehensive induction, DBS check paid, designated rotas including days, evenings and bank holidays, 26–31 days annual leave, pension, and ongoing training with regular supervision and appraisal. Join a positive, supportive team committed to dignity and life enhancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing person-centred care to adults with complex needs.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage rotating shift patterns.
• Commitment to safeguarding, dignity and quality of life for service users.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and support to adults with high needs and those at risk of challenging behaviour.
• Support customers to lead fulfilling lives while promoting health and wellbeing.
• Work within rota patterns including days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Promote dignity, respect and participation in all aspects of daily care.
