Jupiter Recruitment is representing a committed Care Co-ordinator for a leading home care service in Birmingham, West Midlands. The role supports field staff in delivering high standards of personalized care across the community.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (willing to progress to Level 3) and have experience in domiciliary care. The role offers a permanent part-time arrangement with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care is preferred.
• Mentoring, supporting and supervising staff is desirable.
• Knowledge of the social care sector and CQC standards.
• Ability to supervise individuals and teams with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide care teams across the community.
• Ensure high-quality, safe care delivered daily.
• Oversee rotas, care plans, risk assessments, reviews and staff supervision.
• Ensure clients receive the right support at the right time.
