Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards this.
• Experience in health & social care is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care schedules and staff rotas.
• Match carers to service users based on needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
• Liaise with service users, families, care staff, and healthcare professionals.
• Respond to changes in care requirements and operational needs.
• Ensure high standards of care and customer service.
