Job summary

The position requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and a willingness to progress to Level 3, with 20 hours per week (4 days, 5 hours daily). Benefits include progression, regular training, and 28 days leave plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Has NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or working toward Level 3
• Experience mentoring, supporting and supervising staff
• Knowledge of social care sector and CQC
• Ability to supervise staff individually and in teams

Responsibilities

• Support and guide care teams across the community
• Help deliver safe, high-quality care daily
• Oversee rotas, care plans, risk assessments, reviews and staff supervision
