Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Care Co-ordinator for a leading home care service in the West Midlands. The role involves supervising community care teams, coordinating rotas and care plans, and ensuring high standards of person-centred support.

You will work 20 hours a week (4 days) with a salary of £14,000 per annum and opportunities for training and progression. NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required, with Level 3 pursued if possible.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care required; willing to work towards Level 3.
• Experience in domiciliary care and supervising staff.
• Knowledge of the social care sector and CQC.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide care teams delivering community-based care.
• Ensure high-quality, safe care and oversee rotas, care plans and risk assessments.
• Supervise staff and maintain timely, person-centred service delivery.
