Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and be willing to work towards Level 3.
• Experience in domiciliary care would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide care teams across the community.
• Help teams deliver safe, high quality care every day.
• Oversee rotas, care plans, risk assessments, reviews and staff supervision.
• Ensure people receive the right support at the right time.
