Qualifikationen

• Care or support experience preferred but not required.
• Full training provided on joining.
• PVG check required (Disclosure Scotland).

Aufgaben

• Provide person-centred support to individuals in daily activities.
• Promote independence, choice and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate and professional care records.
• Communicate effectively with service users, families and external agencies.
• Work flexibly as part of a committed team.
• Work with support plans, risk assessments and policies.
• Assist with medication administration.
