Job summary

Centred, Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide care at home, helping individuals live safely and with dignity. You will deliver person-centred support, promote independence and maintain accurate care records, with full training provided.

A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential, and the role includes a competitive pension and benefits package. Centred is committed to a supportive work environment with flexible working patterns and funded SVQ training

PAY:£26,227.50 – £26,422.50 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to individuals, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity.

KEY REPSONSIBILITIES

As a care at home support worker, you will:

• Provide person-centred support to individuals in their daily activities
• Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate and professional care records
• Communicate effectively with service users, families, and external agencies
• Work flexibly as part of a committed team
• Work with support plans, risk assessments, and policies
• Assist with medication administration
