Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare not required; training provided.
• Able to support independent living and daily enrichment.
• DBS check to be completed.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing quality of life and supporting toward individual goals.
• Maintaining health, wellbeing, and personal care; attend appointments and assist with medications.
• Safeguard compliance and report safety concerns promptly.
• Encourage access to opportunities and community activities to maximise inclusion.
• Support staying connected with family and friends and participate in social activities.
• Maintain accurate records including care plans, risk assessments, and daily reports.
• Use each individual's preferred communication method.
• Work as part of a team; attend meetings and provide constructive feedback.
• Support behaviours that challenge safely, using training.
