Responsibilities

Assist clients with communication skills and appropriate interactions.
Advocate for client privacy, dignity and rights and report safeguarding concerns.
Maintain up-to-date records on client development and wellbeing.
Follow individual care plans respecting culture, age and gender, and support leisure activities.
Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene per policies.
Be available for flexible shifts including weekends and nights.
Support with personal care with compassion per care plan.
