Job summary

Complete Homecare 24 is seeking a compassionate Care Worker to provide person-centred home care. You will support clients with daily activities, medication reminders, and emotional wellbeing in a respectful, dignified manner.

Full training is provided; a UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential. Flexible hours, weekend work, and ongoing development opportunities are available within a family-run team that values staff growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
• Strong spoken and written English to follow care plans.
• Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends.
• Access NI enhanced disclosure check will be performed; policy on ex-offenders applies.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting support.
• Health & Medication Support: Administer or remind about medications as prescribed.
• Emotional & Social Support: Provide companionship and encourage social engagement.
• Domestic Assistance: Light cleaning, laundry, meal prep; maintain a safe home.
• Communication & Documentation: Record health/mood changes; liaise with family and professionals.
• Personal Advocacy: Empower clients to make choices while upholding dignity.
