Job summary

Agincare UK is seeking a Home Carer in Sumners Farm to support clients with daily routines and personal care in their own homes. You’ll provide companionship, assist with shopping and meals, and share moments of kindness that brighten someone’s day.

No prior care experience is required; a caring attitude and willingness to learn are all that’s needed. Flexible weekend shifts and funded training are available.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; attitude and caring nature matter.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• Eligible for funded training up to QCF level 5.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care

About you:

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others. You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll bring:

• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships


• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset


• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)


• Flexibility to work alternating weekends
