Job summary

Caraway Care Home in the seaside town of Selsey is recruiting a Care Assistant to provide high-quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for our residents. You will help with daily living, personal care and emotional wellbeing, following care plans and contributing to a safe, dignified environment.

We offer £13.00 per hour, twilight shifts 7pm–11pm, paid DBS pension, uniform provided and 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full-time contract.

Nestled in the beautiful seaside town of Selsey, our luxurious care home offers exceptional levels of Residential, Nursing, Dementia & Respite care for 70-residents.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.00 per hour
• Twilight shifts 7pm - 11pm
• Paid DBS pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
