Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant at our Hampshire facility. We provide Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 66 residents in a warm, supportive environment.

The role is nightshift, contracted to 36-48 hours per week, with competitive pay (£12.82 per hour) and benefits including paid DBS, uniform, and 5.6 weeks' annual leave. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain dignity and independence.
• Respectful, patient and caring approach.

Care Assistant Contract

• £12.82 per hour

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
