Harrier House Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with personal care, mobility and daily activities. You will follow care plans, monitor wellbeing and document changes to ensure safe, compassionate care.
You will work as part of a friendly team, assist with meals and outings, and ensure a clean, safe environment while adhering to safety and safeguarding policies. Alternate weekend work is required.

As Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in residents' lives by delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing.
You will support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration and daily living, while following individual care plans and responding sensitively to their physical, emotional and social needs. You will monitor residents' wellbeing, promptly report any changes in condition and maintain accurate care records to support safe, consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will encourage residents to participate in activities, assist with meals, accompany them on appointments and outings where required, and help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment. You will follow Health & Safety, infection prevention and safeguarding procedures, ensuring residents remain at the heart of everything you do.
The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
