Job summary

Bluebird Care North Hampshire & West Berkshire is recruiting a Female Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team and help set the standard. You will provide high-quality care in clients' own homes, supporting daily living activities and working either independently or with a friendly, supportive team.

• Full UK driving licence or access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal planning and nutrition; assist with medication as required.
• Carry out light housework and maintain a clean home environment.
• Be a dependable, friendly face for all customers you care for.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs

• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutritionSupport with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Requirements

• *A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle*
• *A right to work in the UK without requiring spοnsοrship or vіsa transfer
• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as a full Induction will be provided
