As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare’s Winchester Heights Care Home, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care and contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services for the residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognising and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. Avery offers a thorough induction and training program to ensure you feel confident in your role.
