Job summary

Casa Care, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is hiring Community Care Assistants to deliver compassionate, person-centred home care across the local area. Training is provided with shadowing as you start, and roles offer flexibility with part-time or full-time shifts and weekend availability.

Applicants must have a UK driving licence and access to a car. Mileage is paid, and benefits include early wage access, DBS checks, a pension, a uniform, and paid annual leave.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable and compassionate individuals are sought for a role in in-home care.
• No previous experience required – full training and shadowing provided.

• Mileage paid at £0.357 per mile and travel between clients is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred home care to clients.

• Support both male and female clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding.

About The Role

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage: .35p/mile
