Nobilis Care is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Community Care Assistants. You will deliver person-centred home care, supporting clients with daily tasks, meals, medications, and providing companionship in their own homes.

Flexible part-time or full-time shifts are available, with evenings and weekends. Training is provided, and benefits include early wage access and referral bonuses to reward commitment and reliability.

About The Role

Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

Pay Rate: £14 per hour

Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided

Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available Evenings & Weekends

Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)

Mileage Options:

Non-Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC

Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll
