Job summary

Horizon Homecare, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions UK, is hiring Community Care Assistants to provide person-centred home care and support for clients in Bournemouth and surrounding areas.

The role offers flexible hours, comprehensive training, and the chance to earn £14 per hour with weekend availability and mileage options. You'll help with meals, medication, daily tasks, and social activities, delivering dignity and independence to clients.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training and shadowing provided.
• UK driving license and access to own car are preferred to support travel to clients.

About The Role

Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £14 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage Options:
  • Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
  • Non-Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll
• Please note: Due to the personal care needs of our female clients, this role is open to female applicants only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (Genuine Occupational Requirement).

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing person-centred home care
• Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks

• Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc)
