Job summary

Natali Healthcare Solutions UK Ltd is seeking a Community Care Assistant to provide person-centred home care to clients across the local area. You will receive full training and shadowing, with flexible shifts including weekends.

Role includes supporting meals, medication, daily tasks and companionship, helping with appointments and shopping, and promoting independence with compassionate, reliable care. A UK driving licence and own car are preferred but not required.

Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £14 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage Options:
• Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
• Non-Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll
