Mobile Care Services Ltd, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is hiring a Community Care Assistant in Southampton to provide person-centred home care. You will support with meals, medications, daily tasks, and offer companionship while promoting independence and wellbeing.

No prior care experience is required—full training and shadowing are provided. Flexible part-time or full-time shifts, weekend availability, and local assignments near home.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence and access to a car.

About The Role

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + .35p/mile
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)

What You'll Be Doing

• As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives by:
• Providing person‑centred home care
• Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks
• Offering companionship & emotional support
• Helping with appointments, shopping & social outings
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc)
