Job summary

Mobile Care Services Ltd is seeking a Community Care Assistant to provide person-centred home care, supporting clients with meals, medications, and daily tasks. You will offer companionship, assist with appointments and shopping, and promote independence and wellbeing in clients' own homes.

Flexible part-time or full-time shifts are available; weekend work is required. Training is provided, and you gain NVQ 2/3 in Health & Social Care during your role.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training and shadowing provided.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Valid UK driving licence and own car are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred home care.
• Support with meals, medication, and daily tasks.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Help with appointments, shopping and social outings.

• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available

What You\'ll Be Doing

• As a Community Care Assistant, you\'ll make a real difference in people’s lives by:
• Providing person-centred home care
• Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks
• Offering companionship & emotional support
• Helping with appointments, shopping & social outings
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc)
