Job summary

Unique Senior Care is recruiting Care Assistants to work in clients’ homes across the local area. Roles offer flexible hours, with contracted hours up to 30 per week, and opportunities for early morning shifts (7am–9am).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car with business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends and holidays).

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing).
• Administer medications safely as per guidance.
• Provide companionship and support wellbeing.
• Assist with meal preparation and dietary needs.
• Support mobility and transfers as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment.
• Keep accurate care records and daily observations.
