Job summary

Unique Senior Care is recruiting Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across the area. Roles include part-time and full-time positions with contracted hours up to 30 per week and early morning or evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence, access to a car, and business insurance
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Previous experience in care work, support work, domiciliary care, or home care is desirable but not essential – we provide full training

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing)
• Administer medications safely as per guidance
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage wellbeing
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs
• Support with mobility assistance (e.g. transfers to chairs/wheelchairs)
• Help with light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
• Keep accurate care records and daily observations
