Job summary

Join Agincare as a Home Care Assistant and help clients live with dignity at home. You’ll support daily routines, assist with personal care, shopping, meals and companionship, while learning through fully funded training. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to cover weekends are required.

We celebrate 40 years of care and offer competitive hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team environment. VISA sponsorship is not available at present.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; attitude and caring nature matter.
• Willingness to learn with training provided by us.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
• Right to work in the UK and driving licence requirements as stated.

Responsibilities

• Supporting people with daily routines, including household tasks and personal care.
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea.

You’ll bring:

• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence
